Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Website Performance Manager to join our team at Team Velocity. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the vision and delivery of our website products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Management
    • Manage a full and/or complex account load, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Prepare and present regular reports to customers, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Feature Development
    • Assess and prioritize customer feature requests, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise updates on feature development and timelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital, creative services, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of progressive experience in retail automotive management or successful advertising account management.
  • Skills
    • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and website analytics.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
