Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise to mentor and educate merchants about our product offerings and their benefits.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our technology and the competitive landscape.
- Achieve and surpass performance metrics related to revenue and customer retention.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to ensure satisfaction and effective product use.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues raised by merchants.
- Identify opportunities for merchants to explore additional products and services.
- Facilitate upselling of products that support business growth while managing the sales process within our CRM system.
- Contribute to process optimization and the development of new support content.
- Enhance your knowledge of the payments industry by collaborating with various departments.
- Report on merchant-related issues and opportunities.
- Recommend efficiency improvements to leadership and assist global teams with upsell initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Curious, patient, and persistent in problem-solving.
- Passionate about helping merchants and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, particularly in case management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Previous experience in customer service or account management is advantageous.
