About the RoleWe are seeking an Account Executive, SMB to join our team. As a key member of our SMB Sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving corporate business objectives. You will work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers, and your peers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.
Your Responsibilities- Own the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client.
- Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with your Manager, comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Highspot.
- Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
