Account Executive, SMB Team Sales Specialist

Job Overview

As a key member of our SMB Team Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives. This role will involve supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with opportunities to own a geographic territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
