About the Role

As an Account Executive - SMB, you will play a crucial role in solving tangible client obstacles by redefining their definition of what's possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. You will combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad.

This in-office position reports to our SMB Sales Manager and is based in our Austin, TX office. As a key member of our SMB Sales team, you will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers, and your peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client.
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
  • Have weekly 1:1's with your Manager, comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
