About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at ServiceTitan. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized success plans for clients to drive adoption and retention of our solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions.
  • Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular business value reviews and insights to clients to help them maximize their return on investment.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management or client success, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving client growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs.
