Position Overview:

Premier Health Group seeks a seasoned attorney to join our team as a Corporate Attorney. As a vital member of our organization, you will provide expert counsel on labor, employment, and corporate law matters. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including employment agreements, labor disputes, and corporate governance.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor and employment regulations, and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

  • JD degree and CA bar admission.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable advice.
