About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Knowledge Team, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights to help case teams create strong impact for the client.
  • Support business development and go-to-market efforts of the operations implementation programs business, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.
  • Travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements and design/develop solutions.
  • Support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets for the LCPM business.
About the Team

Our team is part of the Boston Consulting Group's Energy Practice Area, which helps companies navigate an increasingly complex business climate. We work with a wide range of players in the industry, including integrated international oil companies, national oil companies, upstream players, and more.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, process improvement, or implementation-related fields (strongly preferred).
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum relevant industry experience required (3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field such as engineering or industrial management.
  • Strong experience with construction and engineering process management and improvement.
  • Experience with cost control, scheduling, risk management, and field operations.
  • Fluency in English; other languages valuable.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
