Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk and client check-in services, ensuring seamless registration and scheduling processes.
- Secure and provide appropriate medical business information to patient families and funding sources.
- Interpret, identify, communicate, and document client information, including registration, scheduling, and authorization for patient services.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Foreign equivalent.
- Associate's Degree plus 1 year of experience or High School Diploma plus 2 years of experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Preferred qualifications include Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Specialty Program, 2 years of experience, and experience with EPIC or other EMR systems.
Compensation: The expected hiring range for this position is $23.10 to $31.77. Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
