  • Reconcile and reimburse petty cash.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Compile customer counts.
  • Complete month-end accounting files.
  • Calculate total nourishment costs.
  • Summarize inventory.
  • Prepare food cost summaries and client revenue reports.
  • Manage special function billing.
  • Conduct liquor inventory and place orders.
