Overview:

A leading manufacturing and packaging company, Search Solution Group, is seeking a skilled Benefits and Payroll Specialist to support the administration of payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

This role involves managing and processing payroll for a diverse workforce, administering company benefit programs, and maintaining accurate and confidential records of employee compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll and benefits administration, strong knowledge of payroll laws and benefits compliance, and proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for a diverse workforce in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Administer company benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee compensation, benefits, and other HR-related data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for payroll and benefits compliance.
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and other financial reporting related to payroll and benefits.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and benefits compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. Paycom experience is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
