Director, Talent & Culture Process Enablement

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead process improvement initiatives within the Tax function. As a Director, Talent & Culture Process Enablement, you will serve as a key representative for Tax, driving innovation and enhancements to major human resource processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead process design, execution, and refinement for Tax function
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers and internal teams to advise on major processes and projects
  • Develop and manage timelines for respective groups, overseeing partner processes and collaborating with Tax Functional leadership
  • Manage employee PD and compensation process timelines, creating key strategy components and guidelines
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert, designing and testing tools, and coaching process team members
  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced members, serving as a Performance Manager (PML)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent work experience as a human resource professional
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HR tools, and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong operational, project management, and technical experience, preferably within an HR environment
  • Executive presence and ability to lead and present to large groups
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
