We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Development to join our team at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG). As a key member of our People and Talent leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent management programs, including leadership development, high-potential development, succession management, and career management.
  • Develop and deliver strategic learning solutions to enhance individual, leadership, and team performance.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to create and execute talent strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and evaluate existing learning solutions for efficiency and broader applicability.
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators and dashboards to measure the impact of talent strategies and development activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management within medium to large, complex organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading the development and implementation of company-wide or global leadership development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering strategic learning solutions.
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing organization-wide talent processes and programs.
