Responsabilidades:

  • Recibir a los pacientes de manera amigable y profesional.
  • Supervisar los saldos de cuentas por cobrar y tomar medidas para los esfuerzos de cobranza.
  • Coordinar con facturación médica, recepción y codificación para completar tareas.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas, dirigirlas y manejar la atención al paciente.
  • Realizar la cobranza de copagos, deducibles, coaseguro y saldos de pacientes de manera asertiva y diplomática.
  • Ingreso de datos, actualización de la información demográfica del paciente para los estados de cuenta.
  • Generar cartas para pacientes o cuentas según el estado de la cuenta.
  • Responder a mensajes y correos electrónicos del personal.
  • Documentar toda la actividad de acuerdo con los flujos de trabajo establecidos.
  • Escalar problemas al supervisor según sea necesario.
  • Trabajar en equipo con otros miembros del personal para proporcionar el mejor servicio al cliente y eficiencia en el lugar de trabajo.
  • Mantenerse flexible para la capacitación cruzada.
  • Ocasionalmente asumir tareas fuera del alcance normal de la práctica.
  • Observar, identificar y hacer lo necesario para avanzar de una manera que represente mejor quiénes somos como organización.
  • Otras tareas según sea necesario para ayudar a impulsar nuestra visión, cumplir nuestra misión y adherirse a los valores de nuestra organización.
Ubicación: No es un puesto remoto.

Horas: L - V 8 - 5

Salario: A partir de $15 (dependiendo de la experiencia)
