Position Summary

The Analytics Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization towards data-driven decision-making. This position is based in our corporate headquarters and requires an individual who is prepared to engage in travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of the company’s data warehouse architecture.
  • Identify and prioritize data sources to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Establish standard definitions for key business entities and critical metrics.
  • Develop methodologies for linking and normalizing data from various sources.
  • Oversee the processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into the data warehouse.
  • Define and manage data access policies to ensure appropriate information visibility.
  • Continuously integrate new data sources, including those from acquired organizations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Assess requirements and implement reporting tools that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Assist in developing advanced analytics methods to support opportunity identification and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and lead a team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in data warehouse design and analytics leadership.
  • Proven track record in establishing analytics functions within similar environments.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across departments, often in influential roles.
  • Extensive experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, and Tableau or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous.

Work Environment

The role involves specific physical demands, including the ability to maintain focus and clarity of vision in an office setting. Employees are expected to work at a desk for extended periods.
