Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Evaluate the current state by cataloging the reporting processes:
    • Establish governance and oversight by documenting and reviewing the governance framework and policies.
    • Conduct reviews of processes and controls, focusing on data management.
    • Enhance system capabilities and operational functions.
    • Implement quality assurance by refining transaction testing criteria, processes, and timelines.
    • Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and test system modifications.
    • Spot opportunities for automation and collaborate with technology teams and management to execute solutions.
    • Communicate findings to Senior Management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to deliver business and technical insights for the analytics process, tools, and applications across various functions or business units to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Consult with clients on tool and strategy implementation, statistical analysis, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development.
  • Determine the most effective analytic approach and support the development, implementation, and enhancement of solutions.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve analytical solutions for operational and executive management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze outcomes and provide recommendations for key business partners and senior management, effectively communicating conclusions from complex analytical solutions to diverse audiences.
