Insurance Claims Specialist

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at Lebrun insurance agency, Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our valued policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise information to customers.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process and record information and perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
