About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team at Park Industries. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead all technical aspects of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Design and Analysis: Own mechanical design and analysis, diving into the intricacies of machine structures, gearboxes, rails, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics to engineer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, product costs, budgets, and other essential metrics with precision, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation through well-planned concept and design reviews, encouraging input from all stakeholders to fuel collective creativity.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Act as a pillar of support and knowledge, offering training and aid to customer service, field installation, and sales teams, and promptly addressing any customer concerns.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory, while a Master's Degree is desirable.
  • A minimum of 10 years of design and engineering experience is crucial, with at least 2 years in project leadership capacities.
  • Proficiency in analysis and root cause investigation tools, such as simulations, FEA, free-body diagrams, DFMEA, and 8D methodologies, is advantageous.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in CNC or robotic equipment design, is preferred.
