As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders.
- Code and input customer orders, pricing information, and additional data into our computer system.
- Create sales tickets for builders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Comply with our company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by location management to support the success of our team.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED/College required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
