Position Overview

We are in search of a detail-oriented and flexible Housekeeper to help create a premier experience for our guests. The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to customer service, and a dedication to upholding the cleanliness and quality of our establishment.   • Welcome all guests, owners, and team members with a warm demeanor during your shifts and while on property.
  • Efficiently manage assigned guest rooms, ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and ready for occupancy.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and tools to service guest rooms.
  • Report any damages, defects, or disturbances within rooms to supervisors.
  • Provide amenities and respond to guest requests with professionalism.
  • Respect guest privacy and uphold confidentiality at all times.
  • Comply with hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures, and adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role within a hotel setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in executing cleaning tasks.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job (i.e., push, pull, bend, kneel, walk stairs, lift).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Possession of a valid TN State identification card.
  • Must pass a background check, drug test, and demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
