- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling check-in and check-out processes, and providing information to guests about our resort and local attractions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the resort.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management to ensure a positive and professional experience.
Requirements:
