Breakfast Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Staybridge Suites Pigeon Forge. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

• Greeting and Serving Guests
  • Welcoming guests as they enter the breakfast area
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to guests
• Food and Beverage Preparation
  • Preparing and serving breakfast items to guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area
• Housekeeping and Sanitation
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests
• Customer Service
  • Responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Providing excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction

• Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting a plus
• Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk up to 100% of shift
