About the Role

Duke Health is seeking a highly skilled Organ Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transplant Center, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and coordinating the Organ Acquisition Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff and develop policies and procedures consistent with program objectives.
  • Operationalize and oversee a formal IT-based clinical workflow, communication, and quality and process improvement platform.
  • Standardize processes, empower care teams, and maximize donor organ acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Five years of nursing experience, with at least two years in transplant, critical care, or disease-specific care.
  • Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required.
