Pricing Manager

RTI International is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a team of Pricing Analysts in developing winning pricing strategies for contracts and grants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of US Government contracting and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of Pricing Analysts in developing competitive budgets and proposals for Federal clients.
- Maintain and enhance pre-award pricing and risk mitigation activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
- Independently lead proposal pricing activities up to 30% time, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related experience (or Master's +6).
- Knowledge of US Government contracting and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Federal Pricing experience and relevant management experience strongly preferred.
