As subject matter experts, our Property Operations Supervisors are responsible for managing, supervising, and overseeing all elements of our physical store locations and operational assets.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000

Work Location: This is a fully remote position that requires regular travel to various store locations within the designated area. Candidates should reside within the specified zone but enjoy full flexibility within those boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

All duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Oversee repair and maintenance budgets through scheduled site inspections and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Supervise the upkeep of up to 150 ALDI locations within your assigned geographical area.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel and leadership.
  • Make impactful decisions regarding the facilities in your jurisdiction.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Associate's Degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Facilities or Construction Management is required.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
  • Environmental Health and Safety Certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work may be conducted in an office, remote setting, or a combination of both, utilizing computers and office equipment as necessary.
  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move between areas.
  • Constant use of keyboard and mouse is required.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Work is performed in store and warehouse environments, which may include:
  • Climbing ladders of various heights, including access to store rooftops.
  • Working in varying temperatures, both hot and cold, including outdoor conditions and refrigerated/freezer environments.
  • Operating in loud environments with industrial equipment.

  • Regularly required to operate a vehicle.
