About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our Optimization & Innovation team at Kepler Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Optimization & Innovation Analysts & Senior Analysts to deliver exceptional results for our B2B client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3-5 Optimization & Innovation Analysts & Senior Analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of business results.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for senior client contacts, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Become an expert in media trading platforms and analytics tools across multiple digital channels, including Display, Mobile, Search, Social, and Online Video.
  • Provide input and guidance on campaign design and innovation, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Launch and actively optimize campaigns across trading platforms, working closely with the Media Analytics team to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to understand client goals, provide subject matter expertise, and communicate powerful campaign insights.
  • Codify and share best practices across teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of digital optimization experience and digital advertising account management, account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation.
  • Experience planning, buying, and optimizing Linear TV and Connected TV.
  • Experience managing 2 or more direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree with major or minor in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
  • Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems.
  • Dynamic communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $106,300, a target annualized discretionary bonus of 10% ($8,500 - $10,600), and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, 401k contributions, and more.
