Job Title: General Office/Bookkeeping/Multi-Task Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Power Townsend Co in Helena, MT. As a General Office/Bookkeeping/Multi-Task professional, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including accounts receivable, delinquent account collection, accounts payable, customer service, daily bank deposits, cashier, balance cash tills, data entry, filing, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Perform daily bank deposits and balance cash tills
  • Enter data into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Assist with inventory control, including receiving and processing shipments
Requirements:
  • 10-key and typing skills
  • Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Windows
  • Experience with multi-line phones a plus
  • Efficient multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
