Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively create and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to clients and prospects.
- Oversee the overall client relationship, fostering consistent organic growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Exhibit expertise in the discovery process (sales due diligence) and present Evertree's unique value proposition.
- Identify and address sales challenges specific to each prospect.
- Engage in strategic thinking and innovation informed by market knowledge.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues, including management and service teams, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

- Strong grasp of property and casualty insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- High school diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in selling or servicing personal lines insurance
- Active insurance license
