Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Support Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, including processing merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process merchandise, ensuring accurate storage, ticketing, and replenishment for the sales floor.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, and alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work the majority of the shift standing.
  • Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
