Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire loan or pawn process by educating clients and providing tailored recommendations based on their financial requirements.
- Assist in managing customer accounts by processing payments, scheduling, and overseeing customer appointments.
- Achieve Company performance benchmarks by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and actively participating in community and in-store events.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to generate new business, enhance store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the Point-of-Sale systems.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage in continuous training to remain informed about our products and processes.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet both individual and team performance goals.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in operating phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Physical demands include the ability to remain stationary, lift and move up to 25 pounds, and navigate the store environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Six months of experience in customer service or cash handling.
- Background in retail, financial services, loans, banking, or the service industry.
