KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process customer orders received through various channels, including phone, fax, email, and online platforms, in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed customer records, noting special requests, and ensuring accurate shipping dates and methods.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, adhering to established performance metrics.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding order status, shipments, product issues, pricing, invoices, and returns.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and accurate communication.
  • Recognize the impact of your work on both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve the root causes of issues to enhance service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement best practices that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate commitment to team success and the overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service management role.
  • Strong background in customer service is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask.
