Position Summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable IT Support Specialist to enhance our operations. This position requires a combination of technical skills and outstanding communication abilities to facilitate efficient IT services and support. The selected candidate will take charge of overseeing installations, managing user access, troubleshooting Office 365 challenges, and coordinating the delivery and setup of new technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and execute the installation of IT hardware, ensuring optimal setup and performance.
  • Provide assistance with account access and password management to uphold secure user operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Office 365 applications and services.
  • Coordinate the delivery, installation, and configuration of new devices, including PCs, monitors, and mobile phones.
  • Offer direct support at the help desk, efficiently addressing and resolving user inquiries.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, delivering friendly and professional assistance to all users.
  • Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
Essential Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in desktop support, including installation and management of Microsoft O365 environments.
  • Experience in the delivery, installation, and configuration of new technology (PCs, monitors, mobile devices).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and setting up printers.
  • Knowledge of remote connectivity and mobile device management.
  • Experience with imaging, updating, and patching laptops and desktops.
