Key Responsibilities:


The Revenue Compliance Supervisor is tasked with managing the revenue compliance team and ensuring that financial records are precise and adhere to both State and Federal regulations.

Proposing and executing procedural enhancements to elevate the quality and efficiency of audit operations.

Ensures adherence to State and Federal regulations

Assesses audit methodologies, suggesting areas for enhancement

Implements new protocols based on internal or external changes

Establishes and develops measurable objectives for the department and its members

Reviews audits for precision and regulatory compliance

Guarantees timely entry and posting of daily journal entries

Examines month-end reports for accuracy and compliance with internal controls

Manages document retention processes

Conducts interviews and hires members for the Revenue Compliance team

Performs annual evaluations of Revenue Compliance team members

Assists in coordinating internal and external audit requests as directed by management

Supports management in completing special projects as needed

Oversees training and development for team members.

Approves work schedules, salary adjustments, and staffing requirements for the Revenue Compliance department

Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Familiarity with IGT systems is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Exhibit a positive representation of Monarch and the Finance Division

Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders by consistently embodying the principles of excellent guest experience

Foster a positive and productive work atmosphere and maintain a constructive attitude

Consistently produce high-quality work that is timely and accurate

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all audited areas and job responsibilities

Must be a high-volume producer focused on quality

Encourage collaborative behavior and teamwork throughout the department and organization

Preferred Experience/Education:
5+ years of experience in supervisory or management roles within accounting or finance

5+ years of experience in casino accounting or a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
