Job Description

The Talent Program Director will lead the identification and implementation of talent and development strategies, act as a strategic partner with business clients, and consult with management regarding talent development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of talent development frameworks and strategies, as well as expertise in designing and implementing leadership development programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide training. Preferred skills include an agile mindset, strong consulting abilities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles.
