Job Summary: Talent Development Manager

Practice Hospitality at Colee LLC is seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to join their team. Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records

Requirements:

  • Two-year proven experience in the Human Resources field
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
