Talent Management Specialist

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with 2+ years of proven experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field.
Key qualifications include:
Strong understanding of employee development, performance management, retention, and culture, as well as experience with HRIS and Talent Management technologies. You should also be familiar with launching, configuring, managing, training, and reporting on Talent Management systems, and possess knowledge of talent analytics and the ability to use data for decision-making.
Additionally, you should have creative and innovative skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, strategic thinking and planning skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Finally, you should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Nice to Have: Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.
