  • Understand client requirements and provide expert guidance on how our product can address their challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and materials.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Partner with the onboarding and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any post-sale issues.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on sales progress and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a product specialist or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working and presenting in a remote role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of construction accounting industry, including terminology, common ERPs, and challenges.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry.
