Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of all functions. This critical role requires a dedicated professional with exceptional leadership and management skills to lead our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team members in a full medical practice, strategically increasing service contracts.
- Understand and manage credentialing, contract management, budgets, revenue management/cycle, and licensing requirements for the agency.
- Have a full understanding of front and back-end processes.
- Supervise and understand verification, authorization processes, MMA insurance plans.
- Oversee billing, coding, collections/reconciliations, payment application process.
- Manage schedules with the admin team to ensure all medical team members have full schedules.
- A/P, A/R, daily financial management, bank deposits.
- HR management, new employee onboarding, and orientation.
- Comprehension of billing/coding; contractual adjustments; contract requirements.
- Facilitate employee Payroll administration (work with the finance team).
- Comprehension and use of Word, Excel, PP.
- Analyze and predict needs of the center and make decisions for operations.
- Market, strategize, and initiate new projects for operations of the agency.
- Have connections with resources to move the center forward in its mission.
- Understand and implement marketing strategies as needed for the agency programs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and improve profitability.
- Manage and direct the operations team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Analyze and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and growth.
- Provide training and support to operations staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage and resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience in operations management in a related industry.
Skills
