Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aircraft Operations Coordinator to join our team at Global Crossing Airlines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating ground handling activities, ensuring seamless flight operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ground handling activities, including arranging permits, parking, and catering services.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient flight operations.
  • Utilize computer systems and programs to perform duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on flight schedules, ensuring timely and safe aircraft handling.
  • Provide external agents with necessary aircraft documents for trip planning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of professional experience in the Aviation industry (Preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
