  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of event revenue generation and sales strategies
  • Proven track record of sales performance and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • High energy and outgoing personality, with a strong ability to build relationships and network
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel
  • Diplomatic team player with ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation Package:

  • Total compensation in the $100-130k range, including base salary and monthly commission
  • Medical benefits and PTO plan
