- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to exceed their expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue growth
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of events
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in event sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of event revenue generation and sales strategies
- Proven track record of sales performance and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- High energy and outgoing personality, with a strong ability to build relationships and network
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel
- Diplomatic team player with ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Compensation Package:
- Total compensation in the $100-130k range, including base salary and monthly commission
- Medical benefits and PTO plan
