BRKTHROUGH is an immersive social entertainment experience that combines wildly entertaining gameplay, great food, and drinks. Our state-of-the-art space features 35+ unique game rooms where teams can encounter physical, mental, and skill-based challenges.

The Event Sales Specialist is responsible for selling the exciting experience of BRKTHROUGH and working directly with our guests to build their perfect event. The primary focus for this role will be servicing our group clients from an inbound perspective. The Event Sales Specialist is expected to respond to all calls, email inquiries, and other inbound leads, and book all events related to those inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

How You'll Do It

  • Responsible for assigned inbound sales leads, calls, and inquiries
  • Reviewing and responding to assigned Event Inquiry Forms on Roller
  • Answer incoming calls and book events in a concise, knowledgeable, and friendly manner
  • Strive to deliver an unparalleled guest experience from inquiry stage to post-event follow-up
  • Contribute to fostering a "fun" and engaging work environment, leading by example
  • Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization
  • Work in tandem with the Sales Manager to ensure flawless execution for all events
  • Responsible for effective contract management
  • Establish and build relationships with key partners and clients

Key Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous event booking experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, people, and communication skills to include the ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Solid organizational and project management skill sets
  • Capable of managing multiple bookings/events simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent pace and energy, self-motivated, highly organized, fast, and accurate
  • Strong ability to establish working relationships with all employees and management, and ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all times
  • Exercises good judgment in decision making
  • Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
  • Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
  • Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
