Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend On Call Registered Nurse to join our team at NHC. As a Weekend On Call RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients according to physician orders
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate total patient care and nursing care plans
- Make patient visits each week and respond to phone calls as needed
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state
- At least 1 year of experience in nursing, with Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient family teaching
