Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

University Physicians' Association is seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Level III NICU and well-baby nursery. As part of our Regional Perinatal Center, you will work in consultation with supervising physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans and assess patient health conditions.
- Document patient findings and actions in the medical record.
- Schedule testing and procedures as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
- Review lab results and other testing data.
- Transport critically ill neonates.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive health information.
About the Role:
- Work in a state-designated Regional Perinatal Center with a Level IV Obstetrics Unit and Level III NICU.
- Collaborate with a support network of dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, and ancillary staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Licensure and Certification in good standing with the State Board.
- NRP certification.
