Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our Level-III NICU.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to newborns and their families in the NICU and Newborn Nursery
• Collaborate with our team of neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of newborns to identify potential health issues
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address identified health issues
• Educate families on newborn care and provide emotional support during their hospital stay

Requirements:

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
