Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the City of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a challenging opportunity to grow their career.
Responsibilities:- Provide responsible and complex administrative support to management and staff.
- Process and proofread a wide variety of reports, letters, and memoranda.
- Maintain a calendar of activities, meetings, and events.
- Screens office and telephone callers, providing front counter assistance and responding to complaints and requests for information.
- Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university.
- One to three years of experience performing intermediate administrative work in building, construction, permitting, or housing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm accurately.
