Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the City of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsible and complex administrative support to management and staff.
  • Process and proofread a wide variety of reports, letters, and memoranda.
  • Maintain a calendar of activities, meetings, and events.
  • Screens office and telephone callers, providing front counter assistance and responding to complaints and requests for information.
Requirements:
  • Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university.
  • One to three years of experience performing intermediate administrative work in building, construction, permitting, or housing.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm accurately.
