Your Role:
The Lead Financial Reporting Specialist will report directly to the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting. This position is crucial in supporting various external and internal financial reporting and operational finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks.
- Conduct analyses on key performance metrics to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare monthly expense reimbursement summaries.
- Monitor and track daily share transactions.
- Research technical accounting issues and draft memorandums to support resolutions.
- Train and oversee the work of international resources.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist with SOX compliance by providing and coordinating necessary deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external wire transfers.
- Prepare ad hoc requests to support senior management's decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
- CPA certification or candidacy is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience is essential.
- Prior experience with SEC reporting or public accounting, particularly with SEC filings, is required.
- Familiarity with Workiva software is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace new challenges.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
