Position Overview:

The AUM Reporting Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Global Business Services team, focusing on enhancing workflows and automation to optimize the efficiency of assets under management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the initiative for automation across the Finance GBS team, specifically in Revenue and AUM reporting.
  • Oversee the month-end AUM reporting processes for a comprehensive global perspective, including North America and EMEA.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for GBS processes utilizing tools such as Alteryx and Excel.
  • Provide guidance and review of AUM and Revenue workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive improvements in process workflows and monthly reporting, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Prepare automated reporting for Daily and Monthly views tailored for business line managers and executive leadership.
  • Assist in the documentation for new account setups in Oracle and support ad hoc AUM/Revenue reporting needs.
  • Conduct special analyses as requested by Finance department managers and maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation.
  • Perform account and variance analyses, identifying discrepancies and documenting findings.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support within the team.
  • Collaborate with the Global Shared Service Center/Hyderabad Team to prepare comprehensive AUM and product flow reporting.
  • Support the transition of work to offshore shared service centers, including process documentation and training resources.
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding responsibilities within the role.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems is highly preferred; Accounting or Finance degrees are acceptable with a strong understanding of systems and applications.

Experience with Alteryx or similar spreadsheet-intensive tasks is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction across various functions and locations.

Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in financial data review are required.

Adaptability to change and the ability to work within an international matrix reporting structure are crucial.

Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Alteryx) is necessary, along with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
