Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and generate comprehensive financial reports.
  • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Establish and uphold internal controls to guarantee adherence to GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Prepare necessary SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial and operational reviews.
  • Research SEC and GAAP reporting changes, implementing updates to our reporting processes.
  • Assist the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
  • Experience in public accounting with a recognized firm.
