Job Title: Construction Account Manager

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading construction company in Fort Lauderdale to find a skilled Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management within the construction industry and a passion for driving business growth.

This role involves developing and nurturing customer relationships, working closely with the estimating team and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. The position offers attractive sales incentives and commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and measurements to determine project scope.
  • Utilize company databases to create precise cost estimates for roofing projects.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing for materials and services.
  • Present estimates to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of bid proposals.
  • Manage project workflows and document handling using company CRM software.
  • Track bid jobs, dollar amounts, and sold projects using a spreadsheet.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in roofing.
  • Provide support to project managers during the execution phase of projects.
  • Assist with job invoicing as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the roofing industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, methods, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness in planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
