**A Day in the Life of a Project Manager**

As a Project Manager at Granger Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, partners, and teammates to ensure clear communication, timely management of documentation, and effective project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, architects, partners, and teammates.
  • Manage documentation and tasks such as RFIs, submittals, cost changes, and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and project requirements to develop and distribute construction schedules, plan MEP and BIM coordination, and collaborate with various teams.
  • Manage costs, write subcontracts, and expedite schedules to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate project close-out and commissioning processes to achieve project goals and deliver materials to the owner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Granger Construction, upholding our values in all interactions and promoting a positive reputation in the industry.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
  • Organizational skills: Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
